General - A type of computer
related service that does not pertain to
networking software or hardware
connectivity. Network - A type of
computer service related to networking
software or hardware connectivity. This
includes certain aspects of Internet
connectivity regardless of whether there
is an actual network or not. Data Recovery - A type
of computer related service that does
pertain to the retrieval of applications
and or data form any storage medium. Network Server - A type of
computer service related to networking
software and hardware connectivity
specifically designated for the server.
This includes installation and or the
maintenance of server operating systems
and applications such as email and web
applications. Minimum Rate
- The least amount that you would expect
to be charged for any particular service
work performed in a Service Type
category. Otherwise known as Minimum
Bench Time or Minimum Service
Call Charge. This Minimum Rate
becomes a part of the Hourly Rate if
service work is performed. If permission
is not granted by the customer to
perform the recommended service on an
item the customer is responsible for the
Minimum Bench service charge.
Hourly Rate -
The hourly amount that
you would be charged for any particular
service work performed in a Service Type
category. Otherwise known as
Per Hour Rate.
Portal to Portal -
Time calculated from the time our
technician leaves our shop till arrival
at your location. Minimum travel charge
.25 (15 minutes) each way.
